As a subsidiary of Prince holding group, with a vision of “build a better Cambodia” ,the business scope of Prince Huan Yu real estate group covers real estate development, land consolidation, commercial operation management, architectural decoration, property management, hotel catering, geological exploration, Internet Industrial Park and so on. 

The projects that already developed involve Condominiums, Hotels, Grade A Office Buildings, Shopping Centers, Cambodian local townhouses etc. There are 22 projects that were are already developed and will be developed, which include Prince Huan Yu Center(Phnom Penh), Prince Financial Tower(Phnom Penh), Prince Golden Bay(Sihanouk Ville) ，Borey Beong Samraong(Phnom Penh), Palau ngerbelas project and so on. 

The group's land reserve is about 300 hectares, which can meet the needs of project development in the next 8-10 years. The group has more than 150 employees of real estate development team, more than 60 employees of commercial operation team and more than 200 employees of property service team. Our team members are professional, capable and ambitious.
