Scope of report

　　Report against corruption refers to the behavior of violating national laws, regulations, company policy and contract agreement, such as:

　　1.Taking advantage of the position to accept various forms of bribery (kickbacks, commission, intermediary fees, consulting fees, transfer cost, gifts, shares or dividends, free travel, free decoration, arrangement of work for specific private relations, etc.);
　　2.Behavior of corruption, misappropriation and embezzlement of the company's property, which involves the transaction of power and money, interception of business income, etc;
　　3.Operating company or take share (including machinery,equipment, etc.) of a company to receive investment sharing or high returns from cooperative units, contractors or labor contractors within the business scope of Prince Huan Yu Real Estate (Cambodia) Group Co., Ltd;
　　4.Interfering with bidding, project contracting, material equipment and material procurement, commercial leasing, etc., or coordinate the group headquarters or the subordinate companies for the cooperative company, contractors or suppliers and individuals to provide them with assistance such as cooperation against regulations, advance payment, over payment, etc.;
　　5. Contracting business with the group by employee’s relatives, specific related persons, or employees who are dismissed, fired or left the company ;
　　6.Loaning at high interest rate to partners in charge and colleagues with influence of their positions;
　　7. Providing work position for specific related persons (relatives and friends) to the construction company or company contracting with the Prince Huan Yu Real Estate (Cambodia) Group Co., Ltd's business;
　　8.Behavior that purchasing of property against regulation and speculating on real estate against regulation;
　　9. Gambling with colleagues or cooperative company;

Reward and protection policy

　　After the investigation and verification, the relevant reward will be performed according to the relevant company policy and the discipline inspection and supervision department of Prince Prince Huan Yu Real Estate (Cambodia) Group Co., Ltd promises that it will be strictly confidential. The individuals or company who report or assist Prince Huan Yu Real Estate (Cambodia) Group Co., Ltd to eliminate internal corruption will be taken as key protection objects, and they will be promoted with priority or considered to become strategic partners with priority.
